- At least 3 years experience in a similar role
- Experience of managing campaigns for conception to delivery
- Knowledge/ understanding of sports betting
- Interest in sports

The successful candidate’s key responsibilities will be twofold.
Firstly, to create marketing plans and promotions for use in both betting shops themselves and also for distribution media. Managing agency relationships and working with third parties and central teams to develop optimal ROI on campaigns. You will be required to analyze and report on the success of the marketing campaigns.
Secondly, to be the bridge between the marketing team and the other key business drivers such as trading and content. A successful sports betting operation relies heavily on the relationship and unified approach of these teams so the successful candidate will need to be structured in their approach and an excellent communicator. The successful candidate will also need to occasionally be willing to work evenings, weekends and public holidays.

One of the biggest names in global gaming has joined forces with a Romanian partner to launch a retail sports betting operation that transform the local market. To help support this operation we are looking to recruit a Marketing Manager who will have the joint responsibility of attracting new players and managing internal communication lines to ensure the trading, content and wider marketing team are all aligned. We have ambitions to rapidly grow our operation in both the short and longer term. There is a great opportunity here to be involved from the outset and help define our new sports betting service in Romania.
