Marketing Communication Specialist with German

Support the Central Marketing Department on the development and implementation of Marketing Communication Programs. Coordinate specific programs in collaboration with Local Marketing and Sales Managers in Europe, as well as suppliers and agencies. Content management and web admin technical support.
• Strong Project Management skills
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Good planning and organizing abilities
• Web content management tools & HTML coding
• Proficient Microsoft Office – Excel, PowerPoint
• Fluency in English & German is a must
• SAP MM experience would be a plus
• Marketing/Communication diploma
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar marketing role

• Coordinates translation & production process of international/ European marketing communication tools;
• Creates web & newsletter content;
• Performs user acceptance test for new web features;
• Monitors and reports production planning of literature, inventory management;
• Check accuracy of printing data before production;
• Reporting of Marketing activities progress;
• Executes order process in SAP for marketing services;
• Delivers cost tracking, accruals, estimates vs. budget (monthly)
