Assistant Business Informatics

The ideal candidate (m/f) has some years of work experience, also when part time or beside the study. He/she is very flexible and likes the challenge to join a young team in a new branch of an international acting company.

Ideally the candidate is an all-rounder and MS-Office power-user. He/she has a study in Business Informatics (Informatica Economica, Informatica Aplicata or similar) with practical experience in office applications, business administration and administration of small computer networks.

We look for an assistant who aids the administration as IT power-user by resolving administrative and office tasks; very good (!) knowledge in MS-Excel is required.

In this highly varied job the assistant studies methods in order to improve work-flows, prepares reports including conclusions and recommendations for solution of administrative problems. He/she has at least basic knowledge in accounting and costing and aids the executive in introducing an ERP system.

From time to time the assistant goes to visit our working points all over Transylvania to assist our colleagues there in administrative tasks.

The assistant is in charge to administer and maintain our small computer network including the telecommunication (internal and external VoIP) and is the contact person for the IT-department in our headquarter in Italy.

Not mandatory, but very welcome:
* Experience with an ERP system
* Experience with VoIP and VPNs
* Italian language
* German language
