Tehnician Service

Manpower este alaturi de clientul sau – o companie franceza, specializata in comertul cu pompe si pompe cu tocator pentru ape uzate. Aceste pompe fac posibila instalarea unui grup sanitar in orice loc din casa, la o distanta mai mare de coloana de canalizare sau chiar sub nivelul canalizarii.

Profilul Candidatului
- preferabil doi ani experienta in domeniu constructii / hidraulica:
- cunostine limba franceza / engleza nivel avansat – conversational
- cunostinte operare PC – world, excel, outlook
- disponibilitate la deplasari – 2, 3 saptamani / luna, in special in primele 6 luni, apoi relative 1, 2 saptamani / luna
- persoana organizata, corecta si responsabila pentru task-urile trasate

Obiectivul principal al postului este dezvoltarea retelei service in marile orase din Romania, prin construirea de parteneriate cu companii locale.

Cerinte speciale
- consilierea telefonica a clientilor care intampina dificultati in montarea / utilizarea produselor companiei;
- rezolvarea problemelor de service care apar la clientul final / la instalator / colaboratorul de service;
- intocmirea proceselor verbale de constatare a interventiei service;
- gestionarea, aprovizionarea, expedierea pieselor de schimb.

- contract perioada nedeterminata
