| CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
- University degree in Agriculture, Agronomic Science;
- Preferably 1 year within the agriculture industry;
- Negotiations skills;
- Relationship & networks;
- Agility;
- Result oriented;
- Fluency in English;

RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
- Create demand on the farm; design, implement demo fields, public harvest, organizer farmermeetings;
- Negotiate with local retailers;
- Work with sales forcesof retailers in his/her territory;
- Collect and manage market information, report on various sales related data;
- Develop and mantain a contact database;
- Implement marketing programs;
