VALUE STREAM MANAGER - AUTOMOTIVE INDUSTRY

-University Degree
-5 years experience in similar roles within the Automotive industry
-Strong people and process management skills
-Excellent communication and strong leadership skills
-Ability to read and interpret technical journals and basic financial reports
-Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions
-Establishes and ensures effective achievement of Value Stream strategic plans and objectives
-Solves problems with intangible factors in creative and effective ways
-Drives resolution of critical issues through effective application of best practices
-Elaborates periodical reports for Top Management

-To bring a product from concept to launch and from order to delivery. These include actions to process information from the customer and actions to transform the product on its way to the customer.
-Manage resources to achieve targeted Transformation Cost targets, continual reduction of MUDA2.
-Achieve required Output Linearity to meet customer needs
-Achieve, and continually improve, targeted product and process Yield metrics
-Drive and own the Lean/6 Sigma behaviour and actions within the Value Stream
-Ensure that the Value Stream implements and adheres to the Site Governance Process
-Responsible for meeting customer Quality requirements
