- University degree preferably in Marketing or Business Administration;
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in the field of business training;
- Good command of English;
- Very good computer skills;
- Result oriented, proactive attitude.

- Implement the training plan in agreement with the superior and the responsible area manager, and in accordance with the existing rules and regulations;
- Observe the market and the competition and collect information for his/her own area of responsibility;
- Collaborate in the identification and development of the Best Practices regarding own local market.
