| CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
Our client is a worldwide leading company in outsourcing IT services for its clients. For its new center to be opened in Cluj Napoca, Manpower recruits motivated professionals to be part of the starting team:
TEAM LEADERS (3 positions)
- University Graduate
- 2 years experience in a multinational environment, having coordinated a project or a team
- IT experience and knowledge would be a plus
- Good project management abilities
- Ability to coordinate, motivate, assign tasks and follow up the team's activity

RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
- Coordinate a team on specific project implementation needs
- Design action plans, assign tasks to the team members
- Follow-up the individual performance
- Work closely to the Operations Manager to reach the project and team's objectives
