Cerinte:
- Experienta minim 3 ani intr-o pozitie similara;
- Cunoastinte de legislatia muncii si calcul salarial;
- Cunostinte contabilitate reprezinta un avantaj;
- Cunostinte avansate limba Engleza;
- Cunostinte temeinice Excel si Ciel;
- Capacitate de analiza si sinteza;
- Abilitati de comunicare si de relationare ;
- Abilitati de a lucra atat in echipa cat si individual
- Atentie la detalii

RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
- Intocmeste si gestioneaza fisele de pontaj
- Coordoneaza activitatea de colectare a pontajelor pentru salariatii companiilor client
- Gestioneaza baza de date cu salariatii companiei
- Intocmeste statele lunare de plata
- Intocmeste declaratiile aferente activitatii de payroll catre autoritatile statului
- Intocmeste si transmite catre management raporte periodice
