SENIOR TRAINER CONSTANTA

Manpower Romania, leading actor in the Human Resources field, recruits for its partner, expanding group acting in the oil industry, professionals for the position of SENIOR TRAINER to comply with the following requirements:
- University degree preferably in Marketing or Business Administration;
- At least 5 years o frelevant experience in the training area;
- Proficiency in English;
- Result driven mind, comprehensive and proactive attitude.

- Set up, coordinate and implement training plan in agreement with the responsible area manager and in accordance with the existing rules and regulations;
- Coordinate the activities of th etrainers of his/her region;
- Identify the training requirements, set up training plans, introduce the control and reaction measure for the relevant area;
- Produce and implement specific training materials.
