SALES REPRESENTATIVE FOR ROMANIA

- University Graduated
- At least 3 years experience in a similar role with an international company
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Fast learner, problem solver and service oriented person
- Teamwork abilities and leadership skills
- Flunecy in English
- Russian and Bulgarian are desired, but not mandatory
- PC skills: Microsoft Office, SAP
- Military service fulfilled
- Valid Driving License

- To hire, develop and manage a team of sales reps including direct sales and channel marketing
- To develop and implement the sales plan for the companie
- To define product range/offer definition to the needs of key clients
- To develop current clients and key accounts and identify new potential customers
- To conduct and follow-up on sales and distribution policy
- To supervise payments from all customers
- To coordinate promotion and presentation of the company and all its products and services
- To offer support to distributors through constant follow-up and meetings
- To conduct seminars and trainings for distributors
- To work with other functions of the company in order to grow market share
- To make periodical analyses and reports on sales performance
