| CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
On behalf of our client, a prestigious multinational company specialized in healtcare products distribution, we are looking for a Sales Manager to comply with the following requirements:
University graduate;
5 years experience on a managerial sales position (preferably in the healthcare / medical equipment area);
Fluent in English;
Excellent negotiation skills;
Analytical and innovative mind;
Good Computer skills. |
RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
Ensure proper implementation of the commercial strategy agreed by the company;
Follow-up on commercial partnerships and look for a permanent development of the clients' portofolio;
Foresee Sales budget;
Motivate, coordinate and evaluate the sales and area sales representatives team;
Prepare tender files and follow-up on their evolution;
Make regular market surveys and inform the Management upon the new opportunities on the market;
Analyze and report on the company's needs for: promotional materials, budget, imports, etc.
