Receptionist - SINESTI

- Minimum High School Degree required
- At least 2 years of job related work experience
- Seed Production, Commercial Agriculture, or Food Industry related experience will be preferred
- Attention to detail, organization, urgency, and follow through
- Computer skills (Word,Excel,Outlook) are required
- Excellent phone skills are needed with candidate needing to speak, read, and understand English

- Greet visitors, answer inbound phone calls and provide administrative support for employee staff
- Receives, opens, sorts, and distributes mail and parcels to staff
- Arranges courier/delivery service to and from the facility
- Responsible for confirming attendance, planning, ordering, and ensuring delivery of meal service for employees and visitors to site
