| CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
- Engineer degree
- Minimum 5 years experience in managing technical projects in a multinational company
- Very good analytical skills; able to collect info, analyze it and identify solutions
- Project management skills
- Proven ability to learn sophisticated technologies quickly
- Understand the requirements of Romanian law and give solutions, whenever necessary
- Very good coaching skills (he will not have a team at the beginning, working only with 3rd party suppliers)
- Fluent in English
- Computer literate (Ms Office is a must, MSProject and Auto-Cad preferable)

RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
- Identify and analyse project issues and recommend actions
- Identify and manage project-related risks so that their effect on quality, functionality, cost and delivery is minimized
- Manage simultaneous projects to completion on-time and within tough deadlines
- Translate and analyze technical specifications (process flows, architectural diagrams, etc) and detailed project plans
- Supervise the execution of medium to large projects |
