PROJECT ASSISTANT

- Experience in a similar position;
- Fluency in English;
- Interpersonal, organizational and communication skills, integrity, respect for confidentiality, sound judgement and decision making skills;
- Strong written and oral communication skills;
- Highly organized with the ability to prioritize;
- Customer service orientation/attitude;
- Reliability and accuracy.

- Assists the project manager with a variety of complex administrative and project related duties;
- Coordinates and arranges meeting and travel arrangements for the project team, as well as prepares expense reports;
- Composes administrative correspondence and drafts (external and internal) such as memos, letters, reports, presentations, agendas, meeting materials, minutes;
- Organizes and maintains files;
- Prepares meeting notes, technical documents;
- Translates technical documents;
- Interprets in meetings, if required.
