·University degree - Computer Science/Cybernetics or related field
·At least four years working experience using Java, C++, My SQL and Application Server 2000 and two years working experience of Web programming.;
·Familiar with Major SQL databases, Sybase, C++
·Knowledge of Visual Basic programming language
·Knowledge of UNIX platform
·Knowledge of HTML, JSB, SSL, XML, JMS
·Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, Windows NT/2000
·Ability to identify and solve problems; ability to make evaluative judgments
·Ability to work on different projects at the same time
·Ability to focus on details; ability to detect and correct errors in systems
·Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
·Ability to plan and organize activities; to establish priorities
·Analytical ability to analyze issues and recommend solutions
·Good command of English
·Experience with Internet/Intranet development tools
·Driving license: B category

·Manage, Supervise and Coordinate the Network Applications Team in the effort to provide Network Applications level support and seamless, user-friendly yet secure Internet Services to the company end-users.

·Vertically manage mission-critical Applications and Systems (such as eDoc, the company Document and Workflow Management System or Cyrus IMAP, the company E-Mail System) with minimal down time.

·Develop software products based on user needs and Information Technology Senior Manager specifications.
