MEDICAL SALES REPRESENTATIVE - CLUJ

-Pharmaceutical or medical university studies
-Good knowledge of English
-Previous experience in the same company is a must
-Sales abilities
-Communications skills

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• establish, develop and maintain a complete customer’s database
• analyse doctors/customers data in order to be able to act in a targeted way
• establish and present to supervision proactive action plans for coming cycle in order to achieve sales target
• plan and set each call in advance with clear objective of every single visit
• follow marketing and Supervisor directives and tools to promote products
• record and follow up every call on daily basis
• analyse all calls on weekly and monthly basis and prepare action plan according to current situation in the territory
• promote products to targeted doctors at practice or hospital as per marketing and supervisor’s guidelines for each cycle, using communication and tools define by marketing
• achieve average visiting target according to plan cover and visit all customers in the territory according to their importance
• visit pharmacies and optic shops to control availability of products and get market feed back
• visit regularly distributor’s branches offices and warehouse to control inventory level, use of FIFO system, to check expired goods and maintain positive relations
• report regularly on distributor’s activity and on potential (or actual) problems
• participate, upon request of Sales Manager, to credit collection
