RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
-Keep manufacturing running without missing materials, according to customer requirements
-Inventory structure analysis and maintain the inv level according to written targets in Personal Business Plan
-Following Health & Safety Regulations
-Daily contact with suppliers and customers to chase the parts in the right quantity and right time and to chase the reliable information about requested products
-Preparing and analyzing vendor schedules to suppliers and production plans to manufacturing
-Preparing and analyzing forecast from the customers
-Preparing, knowing and developing value steams
-Monitoring together with Engineering and Manufacturing scrap ratio, out put vs. demonstrated one
-Knowing and implementing the Kanban and JIT System, Pull System, Pay on Use
-Controlling alternative management
-Avoiding premium shipments
-Implementing Lean concepts
-Active participation in Material Costs Reduction processes
-Discrepancies management in deliveries and following them together with suppliers
-Costs recovery follow up (overtime payment by customer, premium transport)
-Following and communicating materials scarcity
-Doing consciously inventory counting
-Doing capacity study to predict customer variation and communicate accordingly
-Being involved in each engineering change and having smoothly phase out and phase in
-Execute production orders form manufacturing
-Developing together with Engineering and Manufacturing the best sequence and set up to meet customer requirements
-Being involved and create the production orders for Intergraded Supplier
-Preparing shipping schedule for traffic department
-Informing Material Control about customer volume changes
-Checking and analysis forecasts vs. real sales (customer pulls)
-Determining tasks depending on needs and priorities
-Exceed customer needs and requirements
