RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
- Define the objectives to be achieved;
- Coordinate all the activities for projects development and transfers;
- Dynamize the search of best practices / tools to support Engineering functions;
- Plan and accomplish the Investment projects within the Region;
- Coordinate the development of continuous improvement and cost reduction programs;
- Implement the program of audits for Engineering within the Region;
- Issue, approve, update and distribute the work instructions and other technical documentation within the Region;
- Manage the Human Resources;
- Assure the budget and headcount accomplishment;
- Train the Manufacturing Engineering resources;
- Cooperate with Manufacturing and Quality;
- Coordinate the activities to get the certification in the DBS / ISO 16949;
- Accomplish the mission with respect for Company Culture values.
