• University degree in marketing;
• Marketing, advertising and business qualifications;
• Minim 6 months experience in advertising / client service;
• Good project management skills with strong attention to detail;
• Self-motivated;
• Good team worker;
• Excellent cross functional communication skills;
• Outgoing people person, creative and energetic;
• Very good level of English (written and spoken) and French will be a plus;
• Very good computer skills (Word, Excel, Power Point).

If you are looking for challenging responsibilities as:

• To support the Marketing & Communication Department in executing Marketing Communication Strategy;
• Support marketing and sales in production of all marketing communication;
• Work with the Marketing Communication Coordinator to ensure that all campaign projects are delivered to schedule and within budget;
• Attend project meetings with selected external suppliers;
• As and when required attend cross functional meetings within the company to ensure the smooth management of communication campaigns;
• Offer support in developing the intranet site;
• Support in coordination and management of social events and activities;
• Support in producing and management internal communication’s newsletter and/or magazine.
