- University degree (preferably economic background);
- Minimum 5 years professional experience in sales of which 2 years in management position;
- Strong decision, communication and negotiation abilities;
- Proactive, able to handle most day to day and future planning;
- Experience in planning, organizing, coordinating and improving business activities;
- Must have a successful track record of managing and developing a team;
- Capable to perform in a highly demanding and fast-pace professional environment;
- Strong managerial skills;
- Reliable, resilient, self-confident and highly responsible person;
- Set management priorities in order to be able to meet tight deadlines;
- Resistance to stress;
- Very good level of English (written and spoken);
- Very good computer skills (Word, Excel, Power Point);
- Clean driving license.

RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:

Job main objective:

Our new colleague will coordinate the Manpower agency activity, managing the operational and development activities and a team of professionals, promote Manpower services and identify opportunities for business development.

He/she will establish highly long-term partnerships with the customers bringing them increased value to their business and acting as their trusted HR adviser.

Job functions:

- Overall responsibility for identifying development opportunities and improving organization's competitive position on labour market;
- Plan and manage the assigned budget;
- Create and implement specific strategies in order to optimize the activity;
- Organize, manage and develop a team of 5 to 7 HR professionals;
- Develop and maintain excellent relationships with customers, suppliers and staff;
- Develop and maintain excellent relationships with local authorities.
