Maintain and develop the relationship with customers through regular contacts and other specific promotional activities.
Know the needs of our customers, maximize their satisfaction, and anticipate their requirements.
Identify and develop new business in area of responsibility.
Investigate customers who have stopped buying and take corrective actions.
Develop existing customers to their full potential for all valid products.
Promote the company at every opportunity, enhancing its profile in the market place and actively promote new products.
Secure professional processing of inquiries, orders and complaints.
Keep all customers and suppliers information's updated in corresponding systems following internal guidelines.
Follow up and negotiate offers.
Follow up on credit limits and overdue.
Collect and report market intelligence concerning price levels, competitor activities, market trends.
Participate in selected exhibitions and fairs based on directives from the Market manager.
Work as an effective team member within the company as a whole, especially within the sales region team, thereby optimizing communication and eliminating scope for error and misunderstanding.
At all times take pro-active approach to selling, actively chasing business and pursuing inquiries and leads on behalf of the company.
Constantlyimprove own technical knowledge.
Be willing to adopt new ways of working and pursue learning and development programs upon request.
Continuously collects relevant and necessary information to perform efficiently the sales task.
