CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
■ University Graduate, MBA is a plus;
■ Minimum 5 years experience in Human Resources, and at least 2 years on a managerial position;
■ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
■ Good knowledge and understanding of labor legislation;
■ Strategic thinking, problem solving skills;
■ Fluency in English; Russian is a plus.

RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
■ Prepare and implement the Company’s Human Resources policy and procedures;
■ Forecast the HR activity;
■ Prepare and update personnel administration solutions;
■ Recruit new employees for the company;
■ Plan and organize the new employees’ integration in the company;
■ Plan and organize the training activities;
■ Create and implement career development programs;
■ Develop a strong organizational culture;
■ Administrate the internal communication tools (internal newsletter, magazine, etc);
■ Propose and develop evaluation tools, perform regular evaluation process.
