CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
- University Graduate, MBA is a plus;
- Minimum 5 years experience in Human Resources, and at least 2 years on a managerial position;
- Good knowledge and understanding of labor legislation;
- Fluency in English;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Strategic thinking, problem solving skills.

RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
- Develop a strong organizational culture;
- Administrate the internal communication tools (internal newsletter, magazine, etc);
- Prepare and implement the Company’s Human Resources policy and procedures;
- Forecast the HR activity;
- Prepare and update personnel administration solutions;
- Recruit new employees for the company;
- Plan and organize the new employees’ integration in the company;
- Plan and organize the training activities;
- Create and implement career development programs;
- Propose and develop evaluation tools, perform regular evaluation process.
