RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
-You would have the responsibility to develop the HR processes, policies and procedures, assuring the effectiveness of the system in accordance with the short and long-term company policies and strategies.
-You will ensure that the international standards are applied in Romania, providing periodically reporting for the top management in Romania and for the international HR Director.
-HR functions to be developed and coordinated include: Recruitment, Performance Management, Training and Development, Career Development, Organizational Structure and Job Profiling, Compensation and Benefits.
-This job would give you the opportunity to contribute to the development and success of one the most dynamic Retail organizations.
