HR MANAGER OPERATIONS

-University degree, preferably in psychology, pedagogy or other social sciences
-Minimum 4 years HR professional experience, ideally within a multinational company with production facilities
-Previous exposure to unions and/or compensation &benefits practices are preferable
-Interpersonal and communication skills at all levels, especially in the blue-collar level
-Organisation sensitivity
-High impact and influence
-Very good customer service orientation
-Good analytical skills
-Excellent command of English language
-PC literate

-Lead and support the line management with selection, assessment, introduction and guidance of the employees
-Develop and lead staffing and recruitment projects to bring the best talents on board.
-Provide HR support to the Operations (Plant&Logistics) functions of the company, to ensure the phases of the performance management process cycle are effectively and timely implemented.
-Counsel and support the functional management in the preparation of People Planning, Job Descriptions, organizational changes, training and recruitment budgets
-Have the HR responsibility for Operations (Plant and Logistics)
-Develop Annual Operating Plan (headcount, training plan, events)
-Identify Recruiting Needs and execute recruiting projects
-Supervise company - labour relationship
