CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
■ University Degree, MBA is a plus;
■ Minimum 5 years middle management experience, of which minimum 2 years top management experience;
■ Relevant experience in the Hotel Management or related field;
■ Familiar with Project Management;
■ Deep understanding of the company’s financial strategy;
■ Innovative, persuasive person;
■ Great communication and presentation skills;
■ Leadership abilities;
■ Result driven, problem solving skills;
■ Analytical thinking;
■ Good negotiation skills;
■ Fluency in English.

RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
■ Perform all operational activities of the company;
■ Develop, implement and ensure application of operational procedures;
■ Prepare and implement development projects of the company;
■ Detect and anticipate early errors and look for their improvement;
■ Stand for quality and respect of the legal aspects related to the company’s activity;
■ Ensure profitability for all company’s units;
■ Perform regular reports and analysis based on specific indicators;
■ Coordinate the company’s management team;
■ Perform complex negotiations with suppliers and service providers;
■ Propose and develop the national coverage of the company;
■ Plan tasks, delegate responsibilities and control completion;
■ Evaluate and train the operational staff;
■ Optimize allocation of resources.
