Candidatul ideal:

-minim un an experienta in depozit pe un post similar
-cunostinte operare PC
-capabil de a lucra cu dead-line-uri stranse
-experienta in supervizare si delegare responsabilitati
-cunostinte bune de limba engleza-nivel conversational si scris
-certificat de transport/logistica - avantaj

Responsabilitatile postului:

-planifica si organizeaza activitatea personalului din depozit(6-20 angajati)
-raporteaza activitatile zilnice catre manageri
-controleaza aspectele operationale din depozit
-investigheaza reclamatiile clientilor
-initiaza actiuni corective
-instruieste lucratorii din depozit asupra sarcinilor zilnice
-asigura un bun flux al comunicarii intre lucratorii din depozit
-raporteaza direct supervizorului de operatiuni
