| CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
Our client is one of the most important retail chains in furniture and "do it yourself" segment. For its unit in Cluj Napoca, Manpower Professional recruits talented and experienced professionals to take on complex assigments.

-University graduate, preferably with financial and stock optimization knowledge
-Relevant experience on a middle management position within a company with regional coverage
-Experience in retail industry would be preffered
-Experience in working under ISO 9001 standards is preffered
-Knowledge in working with SAP system would be an advantage
-Analytycal thinking, team spirit, coaching oriented
-Quality driven, commercial spirit
-Excellent problem solving skills
-Proficiency in English

RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
-Reach the qualitative and quantitative objectives assumed
-Ensure the commercial activities follow a coherent and unitary policy
-Manage the board team under his/ her direct control and assign tasks
-Maintain relationship with local authorities, construction companies, suppliers, partners, external management team
