Front Desk Officer( Receptioner/a)

- Able to take over and complete tasks without direct supervision;
- Very reliable and trustworthy person;
- Self - starter and self - working;
- Excellent communication skill, open - minded;
- Experinece in face-to-face contact with third parties;
- Results oriented;
- Experience in a simmillar position would be a plus:
- Good knowledge of English and French;
- PC skills - MS Office;

- Assists the platform team with all administrative tasks and PR activities;
- Cooperates in organizing and coordinating events like: conferences, visit of clients and other company events;
- Sends different reports to FM Headquarter, maintains the communication channels open within;
- Organizes agenda for Business Meetings of the managerial team, within the company and creates the necessary presentations;
- Represents contact point for promotional materials suppliers (request for orders, different reports in order to make easier the decision of the manager etc.)
- Reports, translations from/into French/English;
- Manages the accomodation and transportation reservations;
- Collaborates with Accounting Department on a primary level;
