| CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
Our client is one of the worldwide leaders in IT solutions outsourcing, opening an important center in Cluj Napoca.
For this center, we are looking for an experienced CONTACT CENTER MANAGER to fulfill the following requirements:
- Minimum 2 years experience of managing at senior level, within Customer Service Center or wider business environment;
- Proven people manager and leader;
- Proficient in English;
- Excellent presentation & communication skills, both written and verbal
- Resilient, focussed and with strong achievement drive. | RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
- Develop innovative solutions and manage the overall delivery of services;
- Manage escalated service issues;
- Ensure that the services provided by the teams are optimised and are evolved to meet new delivery methods, practices and business requirements;
- Develop, manage and maintain effective working relationships with key delivery contacts both internally and externally;
- Manage operational budget to ensure costs are aligned with forecasted budgets.
