- Experienta minim 3 ani in domeniul recrutarii si selectiei pentru pozitii de middle si top management
- Experienta in testari psihologice pentru angajare
- Experienta minim 1 an in domeniul vanzarilor sau in intretinerea relatiilor cu clientii
- Cunostinte de limba engleza – nivel avansat (conversational/scris)
- Cunostinte de limba franceza/germana – constituie avantaj
- Cunostinte operare PC (Word, Excel, Power Point, Internet) – nivel avansat
