| CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
-Absolvent/a de studii superioare
-Dorinta de a lucra in domeniul resurselor umane
-Capacitati dezvoltate de comunicare
-Orientare spre rezultate, dinamism
-Persoana cu un simt dezvoltat al organizarii si respectarii termenelor limita
-Capacitatea de a coordona si finaliza mai multe proiecte in paralel
-Creativitate, capacitate de anticipare, atentie acordata detaliilor
-Limba engleza nivel avansat, limba franceza reprezinta un avantaj
-Cunostinte PC (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook Express)

RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
-Identifica sursele de atragere de noi candidaturi
-Participa la elaborarea anunturilor de recrutare si postarea lor in mediile de comunicare corespunzatoare
-Selectioneaza si propune clientului candidaturile conforme cerintelor acestuia
-Orienteaza candidatii catre acele posturi care asigura o corelare optima intre competente si motivatie
-Urmareste evolutia profesionala a angajatilor , se implica in actiuni de fidelizare a acestora
-Se informeaza constant despre nivelul de satisfacere al clientului si al colaboratorilor in timpul si la sfarsitul misiunii
