| CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
Manpower Romania, leading actor in the Human Resources field, recruits for its partner, expanding group acting in the oil industry, professionals for the position of CHIEF ENGINEER PRODUCTION PETROCHEMICALS to comply with the following requirements:
- University degree in Engineering / Petrochemicals;
- At least 5 years experience in the field;
- Good command of English;
- Knowledge of relevant legal framework;
- Professional training courses;
- Positive attitude, team player.

RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
- Controls production processes under his/her responsability;
- Ensures the necessary conditions for the steering activity in the research projects concerning the quality improvement of the products;
- Establishes the technological and administrative informational system between the members of the team;
- Aquires raw material, spare material and all necessary equipment in the established budget limits;
- Evaluates the personnel and makes proposals for their training, promotion, career development and fosterage.
