CARD SALES RESPONSIBLES

Manpower Romania, leading actor in the Human Resources field, recruits for its partner, expanding group acting in the oil industry, several professionals for the position of CARD SALES OFFICERS to comply with the following requirements:
- University degree, preferrably in Economics;
- At least 3 years relavant experience in the card sales business;
- Good command of English;
- Ability to learn and to adapt to new organizational structures.

- Monitor the card market in the sales territory;
- Make market relevant suggestions for product improvement;
- Negotiate frame contracts with the credit card issuers;
- Maximize the profit margin in the sales territory and minimize running costs as well as risk costs;
- Contribute in formulating the medium term / operational strategy of the card business line.
