Business Analyst – ERP Solutions

• University degree in Cybernetics/Computer Science or IT related studies
• Minimum 2 years relevant working experience in a similar position
• Very good knowlegde of ERP/CRM/ECM systems
• Proven experience in working with Database Management Systems
• Fluency in English
• Customer oriented attitude, problem solving skills, involved and motivated
• Willing to develop in a challenging environment
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail

Our client is an important IT company providing the integrated business and appropriate infrastructure solutions.

Responsibilities:
• Participate to the meetings with the clients and identify their needs, offering technical information regarding the ERP solution
• Analyze the business process and offer consultancy in ERP solutions to the clients
• Interface with both the sales department (for business requirements) and the analyst architects (for software applications)
• Create the business documentation of the solution (request for proposal, business case, questionaries, detailed specifications)
• Participates to the implementation of the ERP solution, training and support within the clients location
