BRANCH MANAGER for PLOIESTI MANPOWER AGENCY

- University degree (preferably economic background);
- Strong decisional and organizing abilities, communication and negotiation;
- Proactive, able to handle most day to day and future planning;
- Experience in planning, organizing, coordinating and improving business activities;
- Must have a successful track records of managing and growing a development team;
- Capable to perform in a highly demanding and fast-pace professional environment;
- Strong managerial skills;
- Reliable, self-confident and highly responsible person;
- Able to meet tight deadlines and sort conflicting priorities;
- Very good level of English (written and spoken);
- Very good computer skills (Word, Excel, Power Point);
- Clean driving license.

In line with our growth strategy on the Romanian market, we are currently expanding our team in Ploiesti.

Job main objective:

The nominee will coordinate the Manpower agency's activity in Ploiesti managing the operational and development activities amd a team of professionals, promote Manpower services and identify opportunitiesfor business development. He/she will establish highly long-term relationships with the customers and prepare reports for management when necessary.


Job functions:

- Overall responsibility for identifying development opportunities and maintains organization's competitive position on Ploiesti labour market;
- Analyze and take appropriate business actions to the specific market, plan and manage the assigned budget;
- Create and implement specific strategies in order to optimize the activity;
- Organize, manage and develop a team of 5 to 7 HR professionals;
- Develop and maintain excellent relationships with customers, suppliers and staff;
- Develop and maintain excellent relationships with local authorities.
