BACK OFFICE RESPONSIBLE

Manpower Romania, leading actor in the Human Resources field, recruits for its partner, expanding group acting in the oil industry, several professionals for the position of BACK OFFICE RESPONSIBLE to comply with the following requirements:

- University degree, preferably in Economics or related;
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in the sales business;
- Good command of English.

- Participate in securing and enhancing the market position in card sales business;
- Ensure to reach or to exceed the aims concerning turnover and profit for the card sales business;
- Ensure correct workflows in the sales territory from both contractual and administrative point of view;
- Prepare and assist throughout the contracting process upon procedures, rules and applicable law;
- Ensure documentary, data and information support for card department sales;
- Keep ongoing contacts with the clients via meetings, newsletter, etc.
