| CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
-Bachelors degree in Engineering
-3 years experience in the Automotive Industry
-Basic Material planning and production scheduling experience
-Demonstrated management, leadership and communication skills
-Experience with product development industrialization process
-Basic knowledge of Kaizen, Six Sigma or other production management principles
-International assignment or exposure
-Business results driven
-Proactive personality and performance oriented
-Client oriented
-Ability to take sound decisions
-PC literate
-Fluent in English

RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
-Confers with clients and representatives of associated industries to evaluate and promote improved and expanded services in the area
-Manages employees efficiency
-Develops plans for efficient use of materials, machines
-Reviews production costs and product quality, and modifies production and inventory control programs to maintain and enhance profitable operation of division
-Reviews operations of competing organizations and plans and directs sales program to develop new markets.
-Directs preparation of accounting records
-Recommends budgets to management.
-Strong multinational company in the Automotive Industry starting operations in Pitesti
