- Preluarea apelurilor telefonice de la clientii companiei;
- Identificarea informatiilor relevante in procesul de asistenta a clientilor;
- Solutionarea problemelor clientilor conform procedurilor companiei;
- Operarea in sistemul si aplicatiile interne a modificarilor necesare;
- Filtrarea si transmiterea raportarilor catre celelalte departamente.
