AREA SALES REPRESENTATIVE - INDUSTRIAL PAINT MARKET

-University Degree
-Having sales experience of minimum three years
-Being in a similar position for minimum one year
-Having been taken necessary professional training programs
-Excellent communicatioon skills
-Being able to travel
-Holding a valid driving license
-English language - advanced level
-PC literate

-Making market research in the territories
-Collecting data of competitors’ price levels, estimating their market shares, keeping data of competitors’s products for benchmarking and determining sales policies together with
his department
-Making agreements with the customers with mutual understanding of commercial conditions including sales agreement, guarantee letters, payment/delivery terms, price
lists
-Organising launching or presentation campaigns for company's products, arranging exhibitions and/or training seminars and promotional marketing material such as
brochures, leaflets
-Executing customer satisfaction surveys or organising the surveys, disclosing the records and results with the involved department and management
-Keeping proper updates of the customer database
-Training or organising the trainings of the involved personnel from company's offices, dealers or distributors in the territory
-Keeping track of product based sales figures, thus determining and updating proper stock levels, analysing the data to optimise the volume and products of the stock.
-Managing and securing sales in the territory
