Candidatul Ideal

- student sau absolvent studii superioare;
- cunostinte medii/avansate de limba engleza;
- cunostinte bune de utilizare PC- pachet Office (WORD, Excel);
- abilitati excelente de comunicare si gestiune a timpului, motivatie puternica pentru a lucra in departamentul customer service;
- capacitatea de a gasi solutii intr-un interval scurt de timp.

Responsabilitati:

- preluare apeluri telefonice si asigurare suport clientilor companiei – informatii sau solutii pentru rezolvarea diferitelor probleme / reclamatii.
