- de a utiliza sistemul MRP pentru crearea bazei de date productie (gama si nomenclatura)
- de a valida fisele de produs: de a verifica in teren corectitudinea gamei de fabricatie si a nomenclaturii pentru ambele activitati
- de a realiza calculul costurilor de productie cu ajutorul sistemului MRP
- de a verifica situatia din teren/departamente productie
- de a colecta date din teren in scopuri statistice si de a actualiza baza de date
- de a identifica abaterile de la standardele de fabricatie (costuri, cantitati, resurse) si de a propune solutii de imbunatatire referitoare la aceste aspecte
- de a participa la elaborarea documentatiei specifice: proceduri, instructiuni de lucru, etc.
- de a colabora cu celelalte departamente implicate in productie
- de a participa impreuna cu productia la actiuni corective
