Human Resources Manager

Minimum 5 years experience in HR, with at least 1 year in a coordination position
Proactive approach to HR related organizational
Ability to create and implement HR strategies that impact a large organization
Excellent knowledge of labor legislation is a MUST (HR Inspector certification with Labor Chamber)
Excellent knowledge of payroll legislation is a MUST
English language is a MUST
Ability to drive others

Developing and implementing together with Department Managers a personnel performance assessment system
Providing support to department managers (Production, Sales, Finance) to accomplish efficient performance reviews
Creating and permanently updating a coherent Comp&Ben policy, taking into account the specifics of the company/ industry/geographical area
Responsible with headcount and budgeting of salaries
Keeping permanent contact with the provider for labor protection
Provide full coverage of all positions in the organization with human resources needed, initiating and conducting recruitment projects when needed.
Prepare, and/or execute the HR budget as well as various HR related simulations
