Experienta relevanta in multiplicarea de seminte si consiliere agricola.
Cunostinte tehnice solide in cultura produselor agricole, protectia plantelor, agrotehnica.
Viziune globala asupra pietei produselor agricole, principalilor actori si mecanismelor de piata.
Proactivitate si implicare, seriozitate, responsabilitate, orientare spre rezultate.
Abilitati excelente de comunicare si negociere, relationare interpersonala.
Discurs structurat si pragmatic.
Deschidere spre dezvoltarea de produse, activitati, echipe.
Fire deschisa, receptiva, cu abilitati de lucru in echipa.
Cunoasterea pietei input-urilor agricole este un avantaj.
Dispus la deplasari frecvente.
Cunostinte limba engleza nivel avansat. Limba germana reprezinta un plus.
Cunostinte foarte bune de operare PC.

RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
Elaborarea si implementarea anuala a planurilor si bugetelor departamentale de activitate aprobate.
Inspectarea si consilierea fermierilor multiplicatori.
Certificarea productiei de seminte.
Intocmirea fiselor tehnice, a tehnologiilor de productie si recomandarilor tehnice.
Dezvoltarea retelei de fermieri multiplicatori parteneri.
Inspectarea si colectarea datelor privind loturile de testare a produselor.
Intocmire situatii si rapoarte centralizate privind activitatile desfasurate.
Realizarea obiectivelor cantitative si calitative ale productiei de seminte.
