| CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
• Absolvent studii universitare;
• Experienta minim 1 an in domeniul financiar contabil (pe parte de furnizori);
• Cunostinte de legislatie si Cod Fiscal;
• Limba engleza - nivel mediu;
• Cunostinte Microsoft Office la nivel avansat (Word, Excel).
• Atentie la detalii, abilitatea de a lucra cu termene limita si de a lucra in echipa. |
RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
Clientul nostru, companie multinationala importanta pe piata telecom din Romania, are o pozitie deschisa in departamentul de contabilitate pe o durata determinata de 6 luni. Responsabilitatile sunt urmatoarele:
• Inregistrarea de facturi de furnizori;
• Inchiderea platilor lunare efectuate in avans cu facturile finale;
• Supervizarea cheltuielilor efectuate in avans si reconcilierea lor;
• Realizarea reconcilierii balantei de furnizori;
• Verificarea facturilor ce urmeaza sa apara in cartea mare;
• Acordarea de sprijin auditorilor;
• Efectuarea reconcilierii lunare a creantelor, a datoriilor, veniturilor, cheltuielilor in cadrul grupului. |
