Branch Manager at Manpower Bucharest

• Managerial experience, track record and strong leadership skills within B to B industries (experience in a temporary work / recruitment agency environment could be a plus);
• Strong decision, communication and negotiation abilities;
• Experience in planning, organizing, coordinating and improving business activities;
• Capable to perform in a highly demanding and fast-pace professional environment;
• Drive, ambition, determination and willingness to succeed;
• Entrepreneurship and organizational skills;
• Stress resistance and well ability to prioritize and delegate tasks;
• High level of business culture;
• University degree;
• Very good level of English (written and spoken);
• Very good computer skills (Word, Excel, Power Point);
• Clean driving license.

Responsibilities:
• Coordinating the Manpower branch activity, managing the operational and development activities and a team of professionals, promote Manpower services and identify opportunities for business development;
• Establishing highly long-term partnerships with the customers bringing them increased value to their business and acting as their trusted HR adviser;
• Management of the P&L and growing the revenue and profitability of the branch;
• Identifying new areas of business opportunity in Bucharest and within Bucharest region;
• Consistently winning new business through ongoing sales activity, candidate marketing, sales visits and maintaining client relationships;
• Motivating, managing and developing the recruitment team to meet clients needs and exceed expected revenue;
• Leading a team of talented recruiters enabling them to match client and candidate requirements;
• Developing and implementing plans for increased efficiency and productivity of the team.
