Accounts Payable Accountant

• University degree in Accounting, Economics or comparable background
• SAP knowledge is a plus
• Accounting background and understanding of accounting principles
• 1 year working experience in economic area
• Good command of English
• Good knowledge of MS Office Applications
• Well-organised, able to prioritise and multi-task
• Excellent personal and inter-personal skills, positive attitude and team player

Our client is an international company, well known for the innovation and technology.

Responsibilities:
• Collect AP invoices
• Check invoices/ER’s approvals to be according with the company's policy
• Check if the invoice/ER has been processed in the system
• Create the payment order into the multicash system
• Insure that approvals are according to the bank signatures specimen
• Deliver the payment file to the bank
• Check if the payments have been executed and file the invoices/ER’s
• Keep and update the payments database with all new created payments
