| CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
· University graduate (preferable Technical)
· Experience in project management IT for software development - min 5 years
· Experience in people management – min 3 years
· Experience in TELECOM – min 3 years
· Experience in coordinating a team of developers
· Experience in Java development with Oracle databases
· Experience in web development
· Experience in implementation of software on the shelf (development on top of a packaged software supply by a vendor)
· Experience in integration of large systems like CRM, ERP, billing using EAI and ETL tools
| RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
Role:
Manages the IT development group, in order to ensure software solutions development and/or integration based on users’ requirements and on IT department’s overall strategy for enhancing business value.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assure the right level of technical expertise within the release team
• Build and maintain a working environment that stimulates high performance.
• Organise key processes of the team, establish and deploy resources according to the business needs.
• Ensure that the appropriate standards, procedures and guidelines are established and used within the release.
• Agree the scope, objectives, and the plan of the software releases
• Coordinate and manage the day to day activities of the development team
• Manage change requests on the software release: analyze them, evaluate the impact on the release in terms of budget, schedule and quality and the risks associated
• Address conflicting priorities within the team and with other departments, at his/her level of authority.
• Ensure vendor management
• Act as escalation point for the issues in the development team
• Define the software releases capacity and communicate it across the company
• Create, coordinate and track the software development release plan;
• Approve the completion of the software development release deliverables and agree exceptions as necessary
• Recommend budget for his/her area according to identified business needs, execute and control expenses against the budget and department objectives.
• Sign contract and approve expenses within his/her sign authority.
