Previous experience in ticketing and sales Dynamic, sales and customer oriented, able to work under pressure, with short deadlines, tema player and long time committed
Experience in working with people
University graduate
Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
Very good computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook) | RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
Participates in developing agent network in the country.
Keeps tabs on the market changes, commercial, cultural, and scientific events
Analyses market researches and proposes the needed decisions upon them, initiate strategic modifications
Participates in organizing and conducting seminars and study tours for agents
Manages the incoming charter needs and contracts
Ensures smooth and steady flow of information to the customers
Negotiates fares with the Pricing Department on ad-hoc requests
Controls fare information shown in Amadeus CRS. Communicates with local CRS representation in case of mistakes and problems
Proposes seasonal schedule and price modifications
Suggests frequency changes
